Returns & Exchanges

We want you to feel beautiful and comfortable in your Christy Dawn pieces, which is why we offer returns or exchanges on unworn items within 30 days of delivery. All garments must be returned in their original condition with tags attached to honor our commitment to sustainable craftsmanship.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Choose Your Option

  Select whether you would like a refund to your original payment method, an exchange for a different size, or store credit.

• 3.
  Print and Pack

  Download your prepaid shipping label and securely pack your items in the original compostable packaging whenever possible.

• 4.
  Drop Off

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once received at our studio, please allow 7-10 business days for processing.
